Arrival to Sofia. A visit to Boyana church – site of UNESCO http://www.boyanachurch.org/abouten.htm. Sightseeing of central and historical part of Sofia – the Monument of Sofia, St.Nedelya Church, the Roman Rotunda, Council of Ministers, Presidency, Bulgarian People’s Bank, National Art Galery, National Theatre “Ivan Vazov”, Russian Church, the monument to the King Liberator of Bulgaria (inaugurated in 1905) - the Russian Tsar Aleksander II, the National Assembly, Sofia University, Alexander Nevsky’s Cathedral, the church “St.Sofia” from 6 c., the Bulgarian Synod, the monument of the unknown Bulgarian soldier. Lunch. Leisure time. Dinner in the folk-style Bulgarian restaurant “Chevermeto” with folk music and dances

Breakfast. Departure to town Kazanlak, which is located in the Rose Valley. This valley is the most suitable place for cultivating Rosa Damascina. During the last ten years this valley is called also Valley of the Thracian Kings, as many Thracian tombs were discovered last years. On their way to Kazanlak the group will pass by town Sopot – the native place of the father of Bulgarian literature – Ivan Vazov, town Karlovo – native place of the greatest Bulgarian revolutionary Vasil Levski and town Kalofer – native place of the greatest Bulgarian poet and revolutionary Hristo Botev. During their traveling tourists will admire the magnificent peaks of the Balkan on the left and the peaks of Sredna Gora Mountain on the right. Arrival in Kazanlak. Lunch in the folk-style restaurant “Chiflika”

There tourists will see a wonderful house from the Bulgarian Renaissance, an old boiler for extracting rose oil, to taste a rose-petals jam and to buy different cosmetic products made on the base of rose water and rose oil. After that they will visit The Thracian Tomb of Kazanlak – UNESCO site

3 day
Breakfast. Departure to the beautiful resort spa town Hisar, famous with its 22 mineral springs, many spa hotels and balneological sanatoriums since ancient times. Sightseeing of the fortress wall, above 3 km long, left from Roman times. Leisure time in the beautiful park. About 11.00 the group will continue its way to the second biggest town in Bulgaria – Plovdiv, famous from ancient times. Arrival in Plovdiv

Lunch in a restaurant in the Old Plovdiv quarter. Sightseeing the amazingly beautiful Old Plovdiv houses, cobbled streets and old churches, museums, the Roman Amphitheatre where concerts and theatrical plays are organized. Accommodation in a hotel in the Old Plovdiv quarter

4 day
Breakfast. Departure to Rila Monastery http://www.rilamonastery.pmg-blg.com/Home_page_en.htm . The road is meandering between Rila Mountain and the Rhodopes Mountain. The group will pass by the biggest balneological spa town Velingrad, Yundola mountain resort, village Banya, famous for its 70 mineral springs. Lunch in a tavern in village Bania. After that the group will continue to Rila Monastery, UNESCO site, the biggest monastery in Bulgaria.
Tourists will see the monastery, the church with wall paintings, made by the greatest Bulgarian icon artists from 19 c., the museum in the monastery.
Departure to Sofia. Accommodation in a hotel. Short time for rest. Dinner in Boyana pub with folk program and fire-dancer.
5 day
Transfer to the Airport Sofia.
